Este fen\u00f3meno se debe a que el aire contenido en el merengue est\u00e1 atrapado en millones de burbujas microsc\u00f3picas.<\/p>\n<p>Propio como en el caso de los Aerogels de s\u00edlice amorfa, el aire contenido en los merengues no puede circular e intercambiare calor, convirti\u00e9ndose en un excelente aislante t\u00e9rmico.<\/p>\n<p>Las primeras mol\u00e9culas de Aerogels se remontan a 1931, ano en el que Steven Kistler del College of the Pacific en Stockton, California, descubri\u00f3 el secreto para secar el gel y evitar su colapso.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Aergoel es, hasta la fecha, la sustancia solida m\u00e1s ligera del mundo junto con el grafeno, compuesto por un 98% de aire y 2% de s\u00edlice amorfa, principal componente del vidrio. Adem\u00e1s de ser superligero, el Aerogel es un excelente aislante t\u00e9rmico y resiste \u00e0 temperaturas extremas. El Aerogel es un tipo de s\u00edlice sint\u00e9ticamente amorfa que se distingue del silicio cristalino.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]La s\u00edlice sint\u00e9ticamente amorfa no tiene ning\u00fan efecto sobre la salud \u2013 seg\u00fan lo declarado por la OECD (Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas para la Cooperaci\u00f3n y el Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico).<\/p>\n<p>Para aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo de sus extraordinarias caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9rmicas, se ha patentado un sistema para \u2018atrapar\u2019 el Aerogel dentro de una estructura fibrosa, garantizando el mismo potencial de asilamiento sin sacrificar la facilidad de manipulaci\u00f3n y transformaci\u00f3n del producto.<\/p>\n<p>Los productos a base de Aerogel han demostrado y garantizado el mantenimiento de las prestaciones de aislamiento t\u00e9rmico incluso bajo estr\u00e9s mec\u00e1nico importante. <br \/>Esto permite utilizar el material tambi\u00e9n en condiciones de cargas permanentes y\/o din\u00e1micas con absoluta seguridad.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row archi_parallax=&#8221;yes&#8221;
